Unopened items in usable condition may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. The returned material fees are necessary to cover the time required for product inspection and the cost of repackaging the product for future shipment. We establish the restocking fee upon receipt of your return. The fee will cover only the actual labor and repackaging costs, but will not exceed 15%. If you plan to return a product, please notify us by phone or e-mail to request a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Opened packages and items over 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned.
In the event that your item is damaged upon receipt, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please contact Sabotage Sports for directions on how to proceed. All damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt. In the unlikely event we have shipped an incorrect product, please notify us and we will issue a call tag for the incorrect product and ship a replacement at once.
Sabotage Sports ships most orders from stock within 72 hours after receipt of order. However, peaks in demand or large orders placed near the start of a season can lead to backorders. Customers are notified of backordered items and intended delivery as soon as possible.
Registration fees for Camps, Training Sessions and other Events are non-refundable. If you choose not to attend an event that you registered for, you agree to forfeit the fee. If an event is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded.
Membership fees are non-refundable. Sabotage Sports memberships are for a 12 month period, starting on the day the fee is paid. If you decide to no longer be a member within the 12 month period, the membership fee will be forfeited.
